RAGE CONTROL



As flame enveloped by smoke,
mirror by dirt, and embryo by
the amnion, so knowledge is
enveloped by desire and wrath.

When we become angry,
our nerves become weak and feeble
and we lose grip over ourselves. Even
a movement of anger takes away our strength,
which we gather by eating good
food for three months. Anger not only debilities
us and takes away the merit of our
good deeds, but also enfeebles our condition.
If we are able to control this anger,
we shall be in a position to attain merit
through the utterance of the lord's name.

Unfortunately, for most people,
their fear, their anger, their hatred
are the most intense
situation in their lives. Their love is
never so intense, their peace is
never do intense, their joy is never so
intense, but their negativities are intense.
So, they experience power in
negative situation. But if you transform
your energy in a certain way,
it naturally becomes
compassion and love--- then nobody needs
to teach morality. And slowly,
as this process goes further,
you reach the pinnacle of
self-awareness and
experience a unity with all life.
