So then, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, so that you will be healed. The prayer of a good person has a powerful effect.
James 5 : 16
This is the most powerful sacrament. It gives us an opportunity to repent and reconcile with God. You begin as a sinner and feel that you are cleansed after your confession. You can become a saint. But confession does not mean escaping from your acts each time you commit the same. As humans we are tempted, but we all need to try not to repeat our sins.
When ever we are depressed we should look at the Holy face of Jesus to remind us of his suffering. Seek his face and you shall sin no more.
God blesses us abundantly.
