what i am, i decide
to be happy, to be lonely
i am the writer, the player
what role i portray
is all up to me...
so i chose to be happy
counting my blessings
and not what i'm missing...
i chose to live
for what i believe in
never let myself
be influenced
so in the end
no one is to be blamed
for all the decisions
i made...
i chose to be this way
and not conform
to the dictate of society
it's my life, it's my story
and i will live it the way
i like it to be.
