At the time of death,the soul starts withdrawing from the bottom of the feet and comes to the eye center and then leaves the body...that is why meditation is called DYING WHILE LIVING.. st.paul says I DIE DAILY....HE means that HE withdraws HIS soul to the eye center..so the same process is adopted in meditation also..we have to withdraw right from the sole of our feet up to the eye center..this is called DYING..so at the time of death,the soul comes to the eye center ,then the body is dead..
