Here is what is sure to work for you –
- · Soak 2 table spoons of fenugreek seeds (Trigonella foenum-graecum, methi, menthya, ventayam, menthiyam, mentulu) overnight.
- · Grind into a fine paste in the morning.
- · Rub a thin layer of aloe vera gel into your scalp.
- · Apply the paste all over your scalp and leave it for half an hour.
- · Wash off with mild shampoo.
If you have a fairly severe case of dandruff and it persists -
- · Mix some apple cider vinegar into the above paste before you apply.
- · Leave it for half an hour as aforesaid.
- · Wash off with mild shampoo.
If you have a very severe case of dandruff -
- · Mix some apple cider vinegar as mentioned above.
- · Leave it for half an hour as aforesaid.
- · Take a little shampoo and crush two aspirins into a fine powder and mix it well, massage it into your hair and leave it on for 1-2 minutes.
- · Wash off with mild shampoo.
Washing your hair twice a week initially and once a week / fortnight thereafter with the above ingredients should ensure that you get rid of the problem permanently.
