John 7 : 37-38

"Let anyone who is thirsty come to me and let the one who believes in
me drink. as the scripture has said, ' Out of the believer's heart
shall flow rivers of living water'"

John 7: 37-38

Scriptures say that springs of water will emanate from the heart of
the believer. This living water indicates the Holy Spirit. In order
to experience Jesus, there has to be a thirst. It is to one who is
thirsty that Jesus gives his blessings. Therefore, we must yearn for
the Holy Spirit. One who is thirsty will surely drink. But we do not
drink what we should drink; we drink something else. We must receive
the Holy Spirit. Then the river of the living water will originate
from our hearts.

We are physically alive, but probably we are lifeless spiritually.
Only if we are connected to Jesus, living waters that will give life
will flow from us. If I have to give life, I have to have life.
