Seven Mudras for Healthy Living

Mudras are very powerful. If you practice these mudras regularly you can see the wonderful health benefits. There are no difficult poses and such. It is a form of yoga but it only involves the hands.   1. Superb video. These mudras are so simple that the same can be practiced during any time of the day and anywhere by people who are hard pressed for time. These are definately effective because I have been practising some mudras since last few months and results are positive.

  2. DIPESH SHETH FROM Ahmedabad said….I just can't believe that such simple 'mudras' have power to do miracles which will help us for the better quality of life. It is not important to stretch the life span; what is important is how well and healthy life one can lead... I am going to circulate this precious information to as many as possible in a direction to do something constructive for the betterment of the health of people at large... It is really sad that we are blindly following the western culture without applying our mind and forgetting the wonderful simple steps which could act as PANECEA for good health and good life..
